Cancellation Policy
In the event of misconduct during a massage session, the client will be responsible for paying the full price of the massage, even if the session is terminated early due to misconduct. Additionally, all cancelations must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If not cancelled within 24 hours the appointment, client will be charged full price of session. However, if the cancelation is due to unfavorable weather conditions, no cancelation fee will be charged. These policies are in place to ensure a respectful and professional environment for both clients and therapist.
